MR MARVIS is seeking a motivated, curious and highly analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Growth Team.
As our new Performance Marketing Specialist you will analyse, optimise and scale our global paid performance activities, achieving sustainable customer growth through various digital platforms, like Meta and Google. In this key position you will support our Senior Performance Marketing Manager in managing various digital channels together with our agency. You will collaborate closely with different internal teams like Marketing, Ecommerce, Creative and Data & Analytics .
This exciting role requires an highly analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics. Our ideal candidate is digital savvy, analytical, proactive, detail-oriented as well as solution-oriented. You have the ability to balance strategic thinking and data-driven analysis for decision-making.

What you'll do
Responsible for the monitoring, and optimization of our global paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Google (PPC, Shopping and Youtube), Tiktok and Criteo. This role will have a strong focus on Meta activities.
As we work together with an agency for the daily operational activities on Meta and Google, you will manage the coordination of these activities and focus on ongoing analyses of the performance that will lead to continuous optimisations of the performance activities.
Daily monitoring of our performance based on pre-set performance KPI’s (like ROAS, Net Profit and CAC) and inventory, ensuring maximum impact of our ongoing digital marketing activities.
Develop and implement performance marketing tactics in close collaboration with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager to maximise top line growth while maintaining profitability KPIs on a global scale.
Reporting & Analytics. You are an advanced spreadsheet user and you will analyse data on a regular basis for actionable insights to refine campaign strategies and creative insights.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders like our in-house creative team, our Ecom team and our Data Team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure MR MARVIS remains at the forefront of the industry.
What you'll bring
Bachelor or Master’s degree.
Over 3 years of experience in digital performance marketing, preferably within a (direct-to-consumer) e-commerce environment.
Experience in optimising large, growth-oriented accounts (€250K-€1M/month).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to come up with new ideas.
Proficient in Meta Ads with a demonstrated ability to leverage these platforms to achieve outstanding campaign results. Experience in Google ads and/or TikTok ads is a plus.
Strong understanding of ad creative, and how it can be leveraged to drive performance on marketing channels.
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills that help you convert data into insights and actions.
Familiar with web analytics software (Google Analytics) and business intelligence tools (Looker/Looker Studio/Tableau/Supermetrics).
Experience in working together with an agency or internal performance marketing team is a plus.
Experience with MTA attribution tooling (Northbeam, Rockerbox, Tracify, Billy Grace, Triple Whale) and/or Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) methodologies is a plus.
A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Fluency in English (both written and verbal); any additional language is a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Eye for detail and ability to work structured and precise.
