As Senior Business Controller, you will play a key role in steering the financial performance of MR MARVIS. You act as a true business partner to teams across Retail, E-commerce, and Operations, providing clear insights and sharp analyses that support strategic and operational decision-making.

You are highly analytical, extremely comfortable in Excel, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You combine strong financial expertise with a pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset.

What you'll do

• Own and further develop budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Deliver monthly management reports with clear insights and performance analysis

• Analyze retail and e-commerce performance (sales, margins, inventory, store KPIs)

• Identify risks and opportunities and translate them into actionable recommendations

• Partner closely with Retail and Operations teams to improve profitability

• Support business cases for new stores, investments, and strategic initiatives

• Improve and automate reporting processes and dashboards

• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial controls and processes

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of experience in Business Control, FP&A, or a similar role

• Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Business or related field

• Advanced Excel skills (must-have) — you’re fast, structured, and analytical

• Hands-on mentality: you enjoy diving into details while keeping the bigger picture in mind

• Retail experience is a strong plus

• Experience in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment is a plus

• Strong communicator who can translate financial insights into clear business language

• Proactive, structured, and comfortable taking ownership]
